These terms govern your use of canerownursery.org and any purchase from Cane Row Nursery, including pickup at 1500 S Bernard Rd, Broussard, LA, and any order we ship.
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our refund policy.
Who we are
Cane Row Nursery is a garden center. We sell live plants and related goods. We are not Lowe’s and we do not offer a big-box plant guarantee.
The site
We may change prices, stock, photos, and hours without notice. A listing on the site is not a promise that the plant is in the yard that day. Inventory moves. If an item is sold out when you arrive or when we pack an order, we will contact you.
Orders and payment
You must be 18 or older to place an order. Prices are in US dollars and may change. We charge the price shown at checkout unless we made an obvious pricing error. We can cancel an order that we cannot fill.
Pickup
Pickup orders are picked up at the garden center during posted hours. Bring the order confirmation. Inspect plants before you leave. After you leave, the sale is final except as stated in the refund policy.
Shipping
Some items ship. Shipping is only available on products marked for shipping. Transit is hard on live plants. We pack with care. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier, weather, or an incorrect address you entered. Report a dead or destroyed shipment the day it arrives, with photos of the box and the plant.
Live plants
Plants are living things. They change with light, water, soil, insects, and cold. We do not guarantee survival, bloom, fruit, size, or appearance after the plant leaves the nursery. You are responsible for planting and care.
Returns and refunds
No returns, no exchanges, and no refunds except as written in our refund policy. That policy is part of these terms.
Photos and content
Photos, text, logos, and listings on this site belong to Cane Row Nursery or are used with permission. Do not copy the catalog for your own store.
Your account
If you create an account, keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed on that account.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cane Row Nursery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost plants in your landscape, lost profits, or replacement landscaping. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Disputes are handled in the courts of Lafayette Parish or Vermilion Parish, Louisiana, as applicable.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
