Amaryllis

Availability: Available for pickup at our Broussard garden center.

Amaryllis (Hippeastrum spp.) delivers dramatic, trumpet-shaped blooms in striking reds, pinks, whites, and bi-colors, making it a standout choice for winter and spring gardens. Hardy in zones 8-11, this compact grower reaches 1-2 feet tall and wide, thriving in full sun to partial shade. Versatile and reliable, amaryllis performs equally well as a container specimen indoors or as a landscape accent in warmer climates. The large, showy flowers emerge reliably year after year, providing reliable color when most plants are dormant. Perfect for gardeners seeking bold, dependable blooms with minimal fuss.
