Carolina Sapphire Arizona Cypress is a striking evergreen conifer prized for its silvery-blue foliage and narrow, columnar form. This cultivar reaches 40-50 feet tall with a compact 3-6 foot width, making it ideal for screening, windbreaks, or vertical accents in landscape design. Hardy in USDA zones 5-9, it thrives in well-drained soil and full sun exposure. The tree demonstrates excellent drought tolerance once established and requires minimal pruning. Its fine-textured foliage maintains color year-round, providing consistent visual interest while resisting common pests and diseases that affect other cypress varieties.
