The Kaffir Lime (Makrut Lime) isn’t grown for typical lime juice — it’s grown for its highly aromatic leaves and rind, used in Thai and Southeast Asian cooking.
If you’ve had authentic curry, soups, or stir-fry with that deep citrus aroma, this is the plant behind it.
This is a kitchen-use citrus, not a standard lime.
